1:1 Sessions

1:1 sessions are provided to aid in improving awareness of how you move your body and your brain – body connection. Sessions are targeted to your particular needs. Karen works with a variety of clients, specializing in neurological disorders. She has considerable experience working with children, adults, musicians, athletes, and anti-aging and vitality.


This method brings awareness of how you are moving. It improves symptoms such as:
